Step THREE: Permits and Labor
Operation Permits
The faster you know and understand the permits you need the sooner you can run a company in Mexico.
Permits depend on the nature of your business and size. According to Mexican regulations there are some industries that are managed by Federal Authorities, hence you will need to apply no to local but federal office. There is also important to know the size of your business in terms of emissions, water consumption, power requirements, among others.

Labor
In order for you to hire Employees you need to have the permits and registrations according to Mexican Law.
For Mexican Employees:
Before hiring any person you need to get federal Employer Certificate and Local Employer Certificate. For Foreign Employees:
