Operation Permits

The faster you know and understand the permits you need the sooner you can run a company in Mexico.

Permits depend on the nature of your business and size. According to Mexican regulations there are some industries that are managed  by Federal Authorities, hence you will need to apply no to local but federal office. There is also important to know the size of your business in terms of emissions, water consumption, power requirements, among others.

Labor

In order for you to hire Employees you need to have the permits and registrations according to Mexican Law.

For Mexican Employees:

Before hiring any person you need to get federal Employer Certificate and Local Employer Certificate. In the application you need to inform the federal authority what kind of industry you belong to, among other information. We guide you in this process to allocate your industry in the right category so you pay the lowest government fee.

For Foreign Employees:

In order to have foreign Employees you need to get first an Employer Certificate by the Immigration Federal Office. Our support here is to process this permit for you so the company can hire foreign Employees and avoid deportations.
